Opening our doors in 1993, Salmon Dave’s has proudly endured as one of Greater Cleveland’s favorite local haunts. With an informal approach to upscale dining, our cozy little neighborhood spot has gained a reputation nothing short of legendary. After decades of pleasing loyal patrons, Rocky River’s favorite restaurant is now better than ever after a recent head-to-toe renovation.
The timeless character of the historic building lives on with distressed brick walls, crown moldings and its signature mahogany bar. With respect to the bones of the century-old space, the updated new feel is an eclectic balance of traditional and contemporary design elements, creating the perfect backdrop for Salmon Dave’s spirited bar scene and relaxed dinner vibe.
Veteran chef Mario Brown and his talented culinary team offer a selection of eclectic new menu offerings to pair with tried and true fan-favorites maintaining center-of-the-plate quality at the forefront. Chef Mario developed his passion for cooking at the young age of 9 years old. He credits his mother with teaching him how to cook for his family. Mario brought his long term love of cooking to Hospitality Restaurants, and has been with the company for 19 years. His favorite part about working for Salmon Dave’s is producing specials, as it gives him the creative ability to think outside the box and provide delicious pairings for the guests to enjoy.
Salmon Dave’s specializes in fresh seafood prepared with All-American favorites. Chef Mario’s three top-sellers include Shrimp and Scallops, the Surf and Turf and Linguine and Clams. No matter the dish, Salmon Dave’s is sure to please every palate with Guaranteed Seafood.
